From an American who cooks burgers a lot, the only "criticism" I have is to never season the meat after it's cooked. Instead of flipping and then seasoning that cooked side (which he does in the vid), before you even put the patty down on the pan at all, season the side that you're gonna put down on the pan. Then, before you flip the patty, season that top side and then flip it. Seasoning the uncooked part let's it penetrate deep into the meat fibers and produce extra flavor. Seasoning something that's already cooked though is like putting chocolate chips on top of a plain cookie that's already cooked and trying to call it a chocolate chip cookie. Other than that, great video! You earned yourself a new subscriber. :)
