Honestly, there isn’t much better than cooking over fire, so why not start with some veggies! This recipe is Keto/low-carb, healthy, and easily Vegan and dairy free (just leave out the yogurt). Packed with healthy fats from the sesame tahini and olive oil, this is just all around goodness. 🌱

In Bangladesh, we just roast the eggplant and mix it with onion, salt, sunflower oil and salt.we eat it with rice usually

Made this in my smoker the over day, with a bit of extra smokiness.

Served it with homemade pita bread

Greeting from Mauritius ❤I’m from Mauritius island there we call it satini bringel, one of my favorite, just add coriander leaf onion garlic lemon juice olive. Oil salt mash it that all. Very tasty yummy food ❤❤❤❤ .
