What's going on everybody? I hope you are having a great day when you are watching this and had a fun filled 4th of July. I had a little too much to eat and drink, but memories over macros sometimes. I am getting right back on track with a low calorie day with extra high protein. I honestly wasn't even that hungry through out the day and these super high volume meals kept me full on very low calories. Hopefully you can take a meal idea or two away from this and implement some diet hacks into your meals. I've got a few weeks left on my cut. No more cheat days and no plans to slow down. Putting my foot on the gas!

Breakfast - egg white bites
45g mushrooms
150g bell pepper
30g spinach
28g cheese
400g egg whites
Chili lime seasoning(to taste)
Salt(to taste)
Pepper(to taste)
*Preheat oven 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Spray muffin pan with oil and distribute mix in muffin pan
Cook for 25-30 mins
Macros-347 cals, 11g carbs, 6g fat,
54g protein.

Lunch - ground turkey skillet
1 pack 99% fat free ground turkey
1 package 13oz bag of California style steamable veggies
Taco seasoning
Sweet baby rays bbq sauce
1 pack 10 calorie sugar free jello
Fat free whipped cream
*Spray skillet with oil and brown turkey on medium high and season with taco seasoning
Steam veggies according to instruction on back and add to browned turkey. Add one serving of sweet baby rays bbq sauce and enjoy with jello and whipped cream.
Macros - 375 calories, 21g carbs, 2g fat, 56g protein.

Snack - pre workout
2 Carmel rice cakes
2 white cheddar rice cakes
1 bang energy drink
Macros - 190 calories, 32g carbs, 4g fat, 4g protein.

Dinner - quesadilla
3/4 cup shredded cheese
Xtreme wellness tortilla wraps
Chicken breasts
5 servings pace salsa(to dip)
*air fry seasoned chicken breast for 12 mins then cut chicken when cooked. Place skillet on medium and heat one side of tortilla then flip and add half of the cheese then add chicken and the other half of cheese on top of chicken. Add another tortilla on top of that and cook on each side until cheese melts.
Macros - 706 calories, 40g carbs, 21g fat, 86g protein.

Total daily macros - 1, 617 calories, 112g carbs, 30g fat, 201g protein. 👌🏻

I tried the egg white bites today and wow they are so helpful with my diet. It filled me up for a few hours. Usually I would still be hungry after 400 calories but this truly helped me stay below my deficit appreciate your content, keep it up. Literally impressed with every single video I’ve seen❤️

Bro, those egg white bites are an absolute life saver. I’m on a 1000 calorie deficit right now and made them for lunch today and they were killer! I’ll definitely be making them more during this cut, thanks a lot man!

I make those egg white bites too but I like to get crumbled turkey sausage and add it in there for extra protein and flavor, and it doesn't add too many calories. I use it to swap out for the mushrooms because they upset my stomach.

Great low cal high protein meal, and well explained Jack! Could you do another 3 or 4 food options in that 1, 600 to 1, 800 daily range that could be incorporated into a weekly plan?

My current deficit for weight loss (I'm roughly 75 overweight) sets me at about 1800 daily calories. This was awesome to watch!

Thanks bro. 1600 to under 2K calorie diets are what I’ve been looking for but no one seems to do that here.

Love your work! This looks great and tasty. However, in order for this plan to work for someone trying to lose fat, portion sizes should be precisely measured to make sure caloric deficit is created. There are many tools online that could help anybody with this. I remember using meal plans from Next Level Diet when I started my weight loss journey and made solid progress, but more importantly I adopted healthy eating habits. Cheers!

I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing it until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Bad thing is I am lazy and hate to research about food and I just couldn't count calories all the time so I decided to invest in a meal plan from Next Level Diet. Best thing I got myself in this life. I lost so much fat and got so much more energy when I started eating healthy.

Crazy, on everything this is how I lost 120 lbs. I was 361lbs now at 245. All high protein and full body workouts. Reddi wip and blueberries is my dessert every night almost. Cheat meals I do reddi wip and granola
