Someone said from another channel that when you harvest your sweet potatoes take some of the vines and put them in water to get roots and start all over again getting some sweet potatoes. I'm trying it now. I put some of my vines in water. Now I'm getting roots.

Holy moly. I already have so much started and growing. Lol. Now i am going to have to make a spot outside for sweet potatoes. But i adore the idea of growing my own and making a ton of potato pies to freeze for later eating. Hmmmm i might need another freezer.

My cole crops seem leggy even though I had them under grow lights may be b cuz I had them on heating pad my question is can I drop then down a little when re-potting since I germinated them all together so im getting ready to separate them and wanted to know if I could drop them down or would that cause them to die?

my sweet potatoes didn't work in the soil. I'm gonna try it again. I took em out of the soil and put in water and they have one root but I want to try the dirt method.
