How to make a quick and easy soft bread without yeast, without egg and without butter. And this is a no knead bread recipe ready in minutes. So easy and has simple ingredients that you can find in the pantry. I'm so excited to share this yummy and filling kind of bread to all of you. If you ran out of yeast, then this is the perfect recipe for you.

Here's what you'll need:
1 cup milk (240ml)
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml) or canola oil, sunflower oil or melted butter
3 tbsps sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tbsp baking powder (15g)
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour (320g)

Note:
--This can be a vegan recipe. You can use any milk you like.
--You can use almond flour instead of all purpose flour for a low carb bread.
--Baking time will depend on your oven's specs. Please adjust accordingly.

I have made your recipe 4 times already. The first time I followed it exactly. After that I added 1 beaten egg with the milk to equal 1 cup. The egg greatly enhanced the flavor so this is what I will continue to do in the future. Thank you, Mariana

This recipe is exceptional! I have made it several times already and it works every time. Easy, simple and not excruciatingly time-consuming. Although I recommend make it from one day to the other. You can adjust it to your taste of course, or keep it simple. My partner is allergic to yeast so I’ve tried several bread recipes. This one is winning so far. Once the rolls are ready I like to put various seeds on top or they can be mixed with the dough. And if you are not vegan you can brush it with egg which will give it a beautiful golden look to your bread. Thank you for this recipe.

Ingredients: 🎉
I cup milk 240ml
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
3 tbs of sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tsp baking powder (15g)
2 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (320g)
Drizzle with olive oil
Let sit for 15 minutes
Transfer into a floured corner cut into (6 parts)
Round into a ball and cut the top slit
Brush with milk
Put in the oven for (350F/180C for 20-25 minutes
Let it cool down and Enjoy ❤😊🎉

My wife and I tried this as our very first bread we've ever made. I can safely say, this recipe is *amazing.* Bread came out super tasty! We messed up just a touch, and it's a little more dense than expected. But even with that downside, it tastes fantastic. Texas, USA residents over here!

I wasn't sure how this was going to pan out as initially the dough was far too wet and I had to add a lot more flour to even make it workable. I used what I had which was a mixture of plain and whole wheat bread flour and soya milk. The end result was beautifully risen, sweet rolls and they tasted delicious. The sugar is probably needed to disguise the taste of the baking powder, otherwise I'd prefer without. One of the best bread roll recipes I've ever tried. Thank you. 😊

I was a bit skeptic, but boy was I wrong. They are not only easy and fast to make, but they taste very very good and the texture is perfect! I think it took me 45 mins from the second I started and until I got them out of the oven. Thank you thank you! ♥

I made this recipe and decided to add cubes of mozzarella stick. It was so delicious and I would say it was the best bread ever tried in my life!

As someone who cooks with a lot of alternative flours, using only almond flour is not going to work well. I dunno if Savor Easy tested it with just almond flour, but because there's no binder (like egg) in this recipe, a premade gluten-free flour, or almond flour mixed with other high moisture absorption flours, is going to be your best bet.

Because I knew this, I decided to only test the recipe first with roughly half the measurements. After it cooled, it crumbled annoyingly. The final combo after experiments was oat flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, backing powder, salt, xanthan gum, plant milk, and oil. 👍 The xanthan gum is key for the most bread-like texture.

Me and my friend made these and at first the mixture wasn’t even forming a dough at all, and we added a ton of flour to even make it work, and then it actually started to form, and I also worried it’d be too much flour, but it worked very well! My friend thought baking soda and powder were the same thing so we quickly looked it up and realized they weren’t, but could be replaced with baking soda and vinegar instead, and we didn’t even have non stick spray 😆 But somehow, it actually worked and it was actually good.

Dear Savor Easy,
Today, i was looking for a simple bread recipe that is available. Then i saw how simple, no yeast, no egg, not butter, no kneading and no longer waiting time.
It turned out eatable and delicious.
It reminds me of the biscuit from Popeyes!
You never failed me. Have done some of your recipes and hats off!!!
I used Bread flour since i dont have APF.
I used Canola Oil.
I sifted flour and baking powder.
Followed your steps.
I just added 1 tbsp flour coz it is bit sticky.
Will do this everyday instead of buying bread
I made 8 pcs.

Thank you for this recipe, I stuffed them with pepperoni and cheese before I baked them and topped them with home red sauce before they were fully baked.
