My fan nozzle that came with the water pressure washer is only strong on both edge of the fan. The pressure between the is just like it's coming out of a normal hose. That means when I tried to was my deck with the fan nozzle, there's only about 1/16 inch of both side of the fan are actually pressurized。 Since I am not sure how to tell if a nozzle has even pressure I have not used the pressure washer after 2 uses a couple years ago.

The tips that came with my 3300psi/2.5gpm pressure washer are sized correctly (the code stamped on each tip ends in "26", meaning 2.6 orifice size), but the 25 and 40 degree tips have "sharp edges". By that I mean the fan pattern is needle-like at the top & bottom edges. These needles have a tendency to tear into paint and wood and I can see & feel them even when the pump is off. I can minimize the problem by keeping the tip away from the surface and keeping it moving quickly, but I'd rather the problem not be present at all. Do all spray tips have needle-like edges, or do I need to get better quality tips?

Hi bro, I have a kranzle pressure washer made in germany model K2160 TS, rated flow rate is 11L/min or 2.9 GPM if you convert it to GPM (am I correct?). Max rated pressure is 140 bar or 2000 in psi. should I get 4.0 orifice nozzle?

and since my pressure washer has a pressure regulator (or valve unloader) that I can adjust, lets say I would like to adjust max pressure to 1, 800 psi for car wash cleaning, what orifice should I get?

I have a new 4200 psi 4 gpm pressure washer. It came with nozzles, however there is a lot of kick back and pressure. What would you recommend? TIA

I have an AR RSV 4G40 pump and it comes with 4GPM at 4000psi from the factory. My nozzles are 04, however I installed a pressure valve with external baypass. When I press the gun trigger, on the pressure valve at 4000psi, water comes out of the baypass at 0.973 GPM. Without the nozzle at the end of the boom, 4GPM comes out. And with the 04 bushings, only 3.17GPM comes out. Should I go to 05 or what could be wrong?

Hello guys.

I have a nilfisk Pressure washer with 190bars max pres and 650l/h max flow.
The correct nozzle for this is the 3.5 but i already have some 3.0s.
Is the 0.5 difference big? Will i overstress the motor? Should i buy the 3.5?
Thanks! :D

I have a good amount of concrete and flag stone to power wash. I have a gas powered Briggs & Stratton brand 2200 psi/1.9 gpm washer. Would a turbo nozzle work well with this machine? I find it seems to be tedious time wise in using the nozzles that came with it. Thank you for any advice you can give.

How do you know the actual psi your pump is producing? You can measure it with a given nozzle but that changes based on the orifice size. How do you determine what psi to use in the equation?

The nozzle size *OPTIMIZES* the performance of the pressure washer, but cannot exceed its rated power, right?
For example, a pressure washer rated 4000 PSI and 10 GPM would have a nozzle size of 10. If I use a size 5 nozzle, I should still only get 4000 PSI but reduced to 5 GPM. If I use a size 20 nozzle, I should be getting 10 GPM, but only 1000 PSI.
