I am gonna major in psychology, im gonna tell you why.

so i never took those kinda personality quizzes, they irked me from the start. Before i wanted to study law because of the money, but i realised i didnt want to torture myself. I didnt want to pick art which is one of my passions because it would mix work life and personal life which would be difficult for me. I then knew that anything math related wouldgive me a headache or 12. so that leaves hospital related jobs, and mental health related jobs. I dont want the trauma nurses get so thats off the table. But ive always been an empath and ever since ive spoken to people ive comforted them. I also have an immense amount of trauma so i wont be scared when patients admit terrefying personal PERSONAL stuff, im also autistic and its proven autistic people make better therapists because of listening and stuff im too tired to list it out but if someone wants a link just ask. I just wanna protect people from the cruelty of life so im studying psychology to be some kinda therapist.

Yes. You may be right. These online quizzes are not reliable. The best resource is to meet a college counselor to get help finding your right major in an undecided major program.

I’m taking comp science courses and they are very demanding. Like I’m understanding the material, but is a very time consuming major. And I don’t like sitting for hours on end…

I personally think that tech and Science are getting overpopulated. I personally think we need to focus on History, Sociology and Geographical work especially in my country

Don’t stress over it if you can’t decide. You can go undeclared or switch majors. Plus there’s a study out there that shows that like 30% percent of college grads have jobs related to their major. That means that around 60-70% of college grads have jobs unrelated to their major.
