Keep in mind if your overclocking it means your gpu will be hotter in temperatures

Actually undervolting the laptop is better than overclocking, let me explain. Overclocking increases the temps and the temps on a normal laptop is already crazy, by making the laptop more heated it gets less fps and stutters because of the temps, yeah you may get like 200 fps but by undervolting it makes the temps cooler and because of that you may get 250 fps or less or more, depends on the hardware and the fans but If your laptop heats up too much and makes you stutter, I'd pick undervolting

If the game is gpu dependent than you could turn off turbo boost in the edit power plan/ processor boost mode/agressive set to disbaled or toggle what best suits the game i like efficient enabled and aggressive for cpu demanding games 👍 and off for others just depends temps will drop to about 50c no mayger what game you play but fps will be affected ghz will be locked at base.
