Steps for Strategic Planning Process:
1. Understand where you are now. - We need to go to the shop floor not to be isolated in boards.
2. Identify your goals. - What is the milestone you go for? 3M = measurable, meaningful and memorable.
3. Develop your plan on activating that strategy. Understanding the beliefs, we can co-create experiences in this process.
4. Execute on the plan through communication. Not just say something once. You need to resonate with your coherence over and over again! Don't give up!
5. Revise and restructure. Strategy is not static. Follow up your progress. Listen to the trends.
