Excellent exercises!! The second is one of my favorite, and the last is completely new to me but I'm already obsessed. Looking forward to practicing these regularly, thank you!

Thanks for this video. I have difficulties standing up most of the time so I wonder if you had exercises (or could make a new video in the future) for rotated pelvis to do on the ground. Thank you 🙏🏻

I have a rotated pelvis. At my worst, I would not have been able to do any of your exercises. Because of an excellent and dedicated DPT and my own hard work, I can do the first two of your exercises. If someone had diminished my rotated pelvis as not the problem to my dysfunction and pain, I'd have never gotten better. BTW, I did view your podcast. You can have a bad back on a good pelvis, but you can't have a good back on a bad pelvis.

I love this video, tried it once and my hips feel slightly better already! Will keep up at it! Quick questions- would you recommend working out unilaterally till the rotation is fixed or can bilateral workouts be done as well? Also, what are some causes of a rotated pelvis to begin with?

I love these! I’m struggling with balance and had to have a finger holding on though. How often should these be done?

I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos and I do have a very a very unstable pelvis and very flexible, unstable hips. I’ve had horrible lateral hip pain/tendonitis for 3.5 years that’s made it very difficult to walk much or do any running at all. Gained weight as a result. Chiropractor is scraping my hip tendons and injecting ozone. I’m sure I need these exercises. Any other tips? Thanks!

Looking for your podcast on Spotify but can’t find it… where can I hear it?

I have a misaligned pelvis, substantial sciatica pain, and pain in my knee when I run.

Are these counterintuitive and bad if you have SI joint issues ?

All of these exercises are done on both sides?

are you referring the pelvis being rotated or laterally shifted? I think the right side of my pelvis is further forward of the other when I stand at rest, which I think is rotated (different from one side higher than the other/laterally shifted). Seems like these exercises will help! thanks :)

Is a rotated pelvis same as hip asymmetry?
How do u know if you have a rotated pelvis or a SI joint dysfunction?

After fixing the rotated pelvic pain, I am facing problems with my left knee . I presume my left knee is so used to the former misaligned skeletal alignment that it is giving me problems now .
