I awaken every morning, for the past 15 years, with Parkinson’s Disease. I try to get my PD work done by 8am then get on with living life to the fullest. I’m 71 and refuse to just “give in” to aging and disease. Thanks for your content. I always get something from your videos.

I usually take the same route when I walk in the morning, so I will take a different route. The glove on the dominant hand to use the non-dominant hand is a great idea! I will take a different route to work even though it may take more gas :) I have alzheimers in my family, and am always looking to use my brain in different ways. Thank you!
