Hi, I'm an atheist, and I think it would be a great idea to have a day where creationists ask biologists about evolution!Though I don't think it would have the outcome that you desire.

Why do theists have such a hard time with evolution? Creationism deals with how life started. Evolution is not concerned with how it started but is an explanation if how it EVOLVES. It's not up for debate. It's an observable fact. In fact you can believe a god created life and still believe in evolution. Saying that evolution doesn't occur is like saying seasons don't change. It's not only wrong but pointless as it doesn't make the Christians literal interpretation of creationism any more true.

I've been questioning evolution almost every day for many years. I don't need a special to do it.

I agree with your comment that some people will believe anything that starts with "studies have shown..." or "scientists believe."

 Its funny how Christians think that Atheists actually have nightmares about their God, as if they think we actually believe in their God and fear THEIR "Truth" and just "Deny" their Gods existence.  The problem Christians have with Atheists is the fact that Atheists actually DO think for themselves, think analytically and don't march to the beat of the evangelical drum.

My teacher taught us that Humans evolved from Ape`s. I asked her one time, do Pussy Cats evolve into Tigers? and Dolphin`s into Whale`s? She promptly spanked my behind in front of the whole class.
