I don’t qualify for a HELOC because I own a manufactured home on my own property. I have lots of equity in the home but I still don’t qualify. Am I stuck with doing velocity banking with my credit card or is there a better option?

Question: Using a credit card in place of a LOC is essential the same, only with a higher interest rate, and the fact that current purchases on a crdit card wait until the end of the monthly cycle before it starts adding to the the daily average balance?

It seems to me the cc is a very close alternative if you cant secure a LOC. Am i missing anything here?
