Exact what I have to do, delete the .lck directories.
I copied the VMWare directories to another computer, and then I have problem described, and it is solved. Simple and effective.

Nice it worked on my Mac OS vmware. Although it didnt work when I started it right away. After deleting those two files, I restarted my computer and it came up no problem.
