Just like I expected, all the insecure gym copers are out here insulting this 46 year old man.

This video is the reason YouTube needs to bring back the dislike button counter, because I can guarantee this has an insane like/dislike ratio

This is what happens when you don't go outside
and watch anime and program all day. You become dillutional and make up your own fantasies. "Im A programmer with cpr trained". Bro I was certified for cpr when I was in middle school. Cpr training doesn't make you a doctor. Go outside or go to an actual medical school instead of spouting nonsense.

We are riding a fine line between satire and insanity with this one.

You people can cope all you want by attacking him personally, but he is correct. That's not to say exercise in every form is bad, it's most certainly good in a moderate amount, but pushing yourself (quite literally putting undue stress on your body, think about what this means logically, does it sound healthy to you?) to an abnormal degree will shorten your lifespan. You only need to think about it logically to reach the correct conclusion, but most of you have been programmed to think a certain way when it comes to this topic.
That being said, if you don't care about lifespan or longevity, that's a different story, but you should be aware of the FACTS when it comes to physical stressors on the body. Just think for a few minutes on the most NATURAL way of life for humans. Think tribal times. Think hunter-gatherer. That's the most HEALTHY way of life. Don't be a victim of your programming, or the propaganda you've been fed. Use your brain.

Anyone here after Greg Doucette's video? 😂 As a software engineer myself, I lift (naturally of course) and have never felt and looked better in my life. Strength and muscle enables you to do more and enjoy your life more. Highly recommend!

Working out is good. Shoving your face with food and killing your organs with protein powder and “pre workout” is not good. Most people don’t even stretch before lifting anymore.

Can you teach us your secrets on how you've so effectively reduced your muscle mass?

I knew Greg would make a video on this

As a 17 year old who hits the gym and recently graduated from being overweight, I'd say having mucles is better than not having any at all

6:54 oof, big cap. You're pretty naive to take these ladies' reports at face value. People often lie when they're asked questions like this, especially when they're being recorded, for two reasons:

- They don't want to appear superficial. Saying they like the twinky guy is such an easy way for them to look like 'one of the good ones'
- They want what is attainable to *them* to be considered most attractive. It's uncomfortable to desire something you can't have/keep, so it quickly translates to 'undesirable'.

Having too much muscle is like being too skinny, or being plastic, or having too much makeup on. In the right proportions, these things can obviously make people more attractive (which is why so many people do them, despite cost/time/health risk). In the wrong proportions, you kinda look like a freak (Madonna, Ronnie Coleman, etc.).

A lot of guys who work out, especially those on gear, do have a very distorted perception of what's attractive. At some point they're just trying to impress themselves or other guys. Anything past Q or K at 6:57 stops being increasingly attractive. But having some muscle is almost universally seen as more attractive. M is more attractive than O. K is arguably more attractive than M. Once it gets past that level of muscularity is comes down to personal preference. Some chicks are really into strength and might prefer big guys. Others might be shy or unconfident and find it intimidating.

You are a bit of a twink. You would be more attractive to more women if you worked out more. To a point.

2:13 Not everyone at the gym is fit and healthy. You sometimes get people who are 50 years with high blood pressure, heart disease or diabetes, and have never exercised in their lives, suddenly decide they want to go to the gym. Some of them start off with exercise routines that are too advanced for them and they end up collapsing, getting heart palpitations and so forth. Haven't you ever wondered why some people are advised the following, "Please consult with your doctor before trying this new exercise routine"?

I actually believe this. It makes sense. You’re not meant to have big muscles. If you were your body would keep them. End of story. Goodnight.

I hope this is true. I like working out + i don't like life. Win win for me

What a load of bs... Some will think it's satire but you certainly believe what you're saying.

I can 100% guarantee you are unhappy in life.

We can right through your mental and physical weaknesses.

Lift more and I bet you will be happier. You have no idea how little you know about the real world.

his logic is sitting around doing nothing is good for you, cant do cardio because that makes your bpm increase and according to him that shortens you're life because you have a "limitted amount of heart beats"
