Although it can go away after puberty it can only otherwise be removed with surgical excision.

My son has it on one nipple but it’s not as prominent as his in the video. It doesn’t bother him so we left it alone.

Im 13 (almost 14) and decently fit (can do 20-25 pushups, 4-5 strict pull ups) Im pretty damn sure I have it, my brother also has it but its mild (17) it is really annoying and demotivating but it is what it is I've heard it sometimes goes away during or after puberty but still f's with me a lot

This boy looks like he is in the middle stages of puberty. His ABS are developing well, he is becoming leaner, and the gynecomastia is not uncommon with the fluctuation in hormone ratios (T:E2:DHT) - if he waits a bit longer, the gynecomastia might go away - UNLESS! If fibrous breast tissue has already grown (if it has gotten to that stage), then yes, surgery is the only way out.

I have social anxiety and agoraphobia with Major depression because I get laughed at Everytime I leave my house. I've collected social security disability for the last 17 years because of my embarrassment. I can't even get therapy it's that bad. I have stage 2 gynaclamstia and inverted nipples that makes my gynaclamstia look like a severe stage 2 gynaclamstia. When my nipples are hard it looks like I have stage 1 gynaclamstia or a guy with a muscular chest but I don't have a muscular chest and when I sit slouched down even when my nipples are hard it looks like I have stage 2 gynaclamstia. Is there a cream that makes your nipples hard so I can go to the beach? I never had the money for gynaclamstia surgery I didn't even have money to fix my teeth. I had to get full dentures. The way I was born is traumatizing and it took a toll on my psychological health
