For me, it really depends on what I am cooking. Cast iron for most things, non-stick for eggs and other stuff I don't want to use a bunch of fat for. Steak and Eggs for instance, I will cook my eggs in a non-stick pan. There is a lot of great non-stick pans out there.

😅 Some folks (my wife), say the coating will leach off into your food and poison you slowly which sounds hyperbolic to me. But I like cast iron anyway and that’s what we use. Party on! Doing things the way you like and not following the latest fad is basic dude stuff.

Turn a non stick pan on high and tell me what’s smoking. We only use cast iron or stainless but I could give two shits what anyone cooks on lol

I like cast iron and non-stick skillets. It depends on what I'm cooking. Eggs for sure, always go non-stick.

Oh boy, I àm in trouble. All I have are nonstick pans. The nice ones as well. The ceramic/aluminum kind. The set was 400 dollars.

I do have a crap load of Milwaukee power tools and Snap-on wrenches/sockets.
