I have issue can't turn on the screen, when I put screen off and my device is always on after I update 23H2. although I reinstalled about 5, 6 times, It always exist. I don't think is is bios problem. I am going to downgrade 22h2

Hello, a question, (1) why does your computer without anything open use 1.7GB of 8 while on my laptop the usage does not drop to 45%, do you think it is because of the drivers?

And another question, (2) my laptop has an i3-1125G4 and 8GB of ram, which Windows do you think would be better? I am currently on Windows 11 but I feel that Windows 10 is faster.
