1:18 But the File Explorer in 23H2 (Build 25xxxx) still same like in the Stable Version of 22H2. But, the Version 22H2 (Build 23xxx) already use the Modern UI of File Explorer.

You have made a FATAL mistake, THIS IS AN UNFAIR COMPARISON AS build 25375 is a development build of Windows 12, build 23475 is a build of 23H2, version 22H2 is build 22621

the booting up was unfair, you had more programs installed in the 22h2 than in the 23h2 (i see chrome is in the task bar in the first one but not on the second, and there are probably more that we cant see) and the more programs you have installed the longer its gonna take to boot up

file explorer was also unfair because it had to load a lot of previews and files in the 22h2 but nothing on the second one, be it because you disabled that feature (something you can do since windows 10...) or because you never opened a file in the 23h2 one, so of course 23h2 is gonna open the file explorer faster

as for ram usage being 0.2 gb lower, just as i said before, chrome being there and not having taken any way to make this comparison fair leads me to assume you didnt disable the "running in the background" option on chrome, so of course its gonna take more ram

I mean Windows 11 improved little bit over the years but i still want to stick with Windows 10 because Windows 11 still misse alot of featurs and only my gaming pc is compatible but office laptop is incompatible so i wont to move into Windows 11. And for gaming Windows 10 is more than enough
