Hi Paul, I’ve been practicing handstand everyday for the past 3 weeks and I am able to do it now thanks to your help. I haven’t fully mastered it by getting a 10 second handstand on every attempt, but I can’t wait to see what I am able to accomplish. I also wanted to note that I now have wrist pain all the time when I put pressure on the ground with my hands for exercises for pushups and handstands. That is until I stretch a little bit. Is this common for people and for others like you who do it very often or is it because I practice too often and need a break?
