Wonderful…….thank you Kino 🥰. I’m not folding too well……but I’m 6’3” so I have more to fold. 😊

The swinging motion on the blocks, feet flat on the floor, forwards and then back and up was really helpful for visualising the required movement, I seem however not to be able to achieve much backwards motion, I'm a stuck swing! In another 30 years maybe I'll get the L-sit!😆 Thank you Kino 💚
