When are we talking about low/high velocities??(maybe u already explained it in the video, but I am not good in english:(()

Yes, but this is is only 1/2 of what you had set as the goal of the video - the Lorentz transformation of time for \beta << 1 is not equivalent to the appropriate Galilean transformation.

In relativity mainly all properties depend on lorentz factor. What if a relativistic object has a property which does not depend on lorenzt factor? What does this physically mean for that property?
