Nice workout i have recently started bodyweight training so will give this programme a go.

Ive got somequestions

1) do you do all sets of a excersice before moving onto the next or do circuits?

2) If I do this only 3 times a week do you think a 5k run on off days will hinder redilts?

3) Do you think wrighted vests are good?

Hi Anthony,

I, m completely biggner if I did push ups, squat, inverted row, sit ups I do them one after the other I take 40 seconds rest each is it ok
