I've watched dozens and dozens of these type videos to help my shoulders. I'm over 50, they are rounded forward (decades of computer use) but I must have good genetics for building muscle, I just have issues that keep me from going regularly enough. Anyway, this is the best video of all I've watched. Informative, perfect demonstration and easy to understand what to do. Thank you as I implement this starting tomorrow. I wish I had someone like this as a personal trainer and I'd reach my lifelong goal of being fit.

I like how he's keeping his elbows a little bit in front with the shoulder press. I didn't realize having that grip automatically puts your elbows in front to protect from impingement. I may have to try that

Great video. But way too many front shoulder exercises. It's good if you want to pick a couple but don't do all these in a single workout. Remember when you bench whether flat or incline, you are working your front delts even more then your chest. So that will hit your fronts easily. Don't want to be overdeveloped in the front which is very common. The rear delts are the most neglected. I always start them first so I can put the most energy into it. Everyone is different of course but overtraining is far too common and the opposite effect will happen instead of what you are looking for
