Ingredients:
3 lbs of tomatoes
1 onion
3 carrots
Plenty of garlic
2 tbsp of rosemary
4 cups stock/broth

Use ripened tomato’s so you end up with a red, tastier soup. You can also remove rosemary leaves much easier by running your fingers down the stem in opposite direction of growth.
