We gain an immense amount of strength from having a conscious and loving relationship with our breath. It is poetic. It’s practical. Today is a bit of a conditioning practice. Don’t fret! Remember, you can do hard things. However, strength practice is not just about sculpting and toning, though hear me loud and clear, this ongoing practice will sculpt and tone, it just will, it’s true. But perhaps more importantly so, this type of breath-led work, which is what yoga is, can guide you to gather and build strength in more ways than you could ever imagine.

That sound is between you and your angels. This is where I gather my strength.

I'm realizing that having a yoga video already selected for me helps me get to the mat a lot easier. It sometimes feels like too much effort when I have to decide which video to do. Anybody else feel this way?! Thanks Adriene!

I’ve missed about a weeks worth of practice, so I was a little disappointed in myself. I thought, how could I possibly get back on track now? But today, the little card on the end of my teabag read, “The voice of your soul is breath.” I think that was the universe’s little way of telling me that all I need is to show up today as I am. :)

I didn’t think I’d be able to stick with it but I have - I haven’t missed a day and I’m seeing so much improvement, mentally and physically! I find myself coming back to my breath throughout the day and I’m so happy I started this 30 days!

Loved the “ocean” theme today: ocean breath, mermaid tail, shark fin child’s pose, coming out of our shell. Great practice today! My glutes are feelin it! 🙏🏼❤️

Oh, today was not a good day. I cried over therapy for many reasons and I really didn't want to exist, justo for today I wanted to vanish in bad and under my blanket.
So, I finished my day of work and crawled into bad for a nap, woke up think I WILL SHOW UP FOR MYSELF! And I am glad I did. I am most proud of myself for showing up today, I definitely didn't feel like it.

Thanks Adriene for teaching me to show up, I am taking this lesson with me for all the corners of my life.

Adrian I heard that you went to acting school in New York but then you came back to your hometown and you started doing yoga to build up strength and you said that yoga saved your life and I just wanted to tell you that me finding your yoga videos has saved my life and taken off hundreds of pounds of weight off of me thank you and keep being you gorgeous.

Hello from Canada. I am 60 and had never done yoga before coming across Adriene. This is my first 30 day challenge and I've made it to day 20, not missing a day. Thank you for your gentle and encouraging words for those who can't do all the moves.

I was listening to an interview with Adriene where she said that she was doing so many things and still not being able to make the rent 💔and I think it's a beautiful lesson on how the universe works... how all that struggle and her STRENGHT got her through and instead of geting her big shot at acting she became the best and most loved yoga teacher in Youtube. It really touched my heart. I admire you so much Adriene and I'm so thankful for all you do for us!! ❤️

I know you don't know me but your yoga videos changed and saved my life and I am SO excited because for the first time I landed in downward dog and my heels just boop, form on the ground. Didn't even mean to. First time ever. I shouted "Look what I did!" But it was only me so here is a comment about it. Thank you. 🥰♥️
