I'm not really the type to comment on videos, but I guess I should express my gratitude towards you and your channel.
I had experienced anxiety and depression in the past few years, and I had no idea how I could make things better until I found out the power of meditation.
Then I found your channel, and you have no idea how much you've helped me over the past few years.
Even though I'm feeling so much better now, still anytime life gets too hard for me to handle I come back to your videos cause I know they always help me get through the rough times of my life.
Your voice is so soothing that it feels like it goes all the way to my soul and heals its wounds.
I'm so grateful for all the work and effort you're putting into making these calming videos and helping so many people throughout their lives.
And for anyone who's reading this and is in a difficult situation in life, I promise you things will get better. I know it hurts (even physically sometimes), but life has always been like this. Good and bad times come after each other. Take care of yourself and your mental health cause it matters the most :)
