What really helped be go deeper was staring at the moon at my 3rd eye position...omg! What a fantastically powerful way to calm me down. This was one of the very best I've used!!

I love this video so much it is the one thing that has actually helped me sleep! I get really bad anxiety paranoia and ptsd when going to bed due to some trauma in my life but this helps my body relax and not focus on everything else, thank yo uso much! I finally feel energized in the mornings and use it every night to go to bed, it’s definitely my favorite, your guiding is great and all the sounds are so relaxing.

I've been listening to this almost every night for 2 weeks, my poor husband snores and keeps me awake, or will wake me up all night. THIS HAS HELPED ME IN MORE WAYS THEN ONE! Thank you for this!!! This is the best relaxation meditation I have used, and I have tried many. There are some good one's out there, but this is in a class of it's own.
Oh my goodness the feelings that this gives is beyond description. Andrew this work is truly wonderful and I want to thankyou for your work. Hypnosis that takes me down deeply and peacefully to such an extent that I am sleeping without waking till morning. I feel alive and ready for whatever the day may bring.

Having studied hypnosis myself and made recordings I have listened to many, and this is the one I always come back to. I don’t know how many times I have listened to it (more than 30 is my guess) and just listened again today and heard things I don’t remember! So fascinating. Plus I remained conscious through the entire spoken part and was aware of my body’s responses to the suggestions.

I’ve been listening to sleep hypnosis for years and this is by far the most consistent response for hypnosis I’ve found, unfortunately tonight it finally stopped working! I hope you put more like these out in the future

Mr. Green, this is my go to meditation when I want to sleep. It really helps! So please don't delete it from YouTube! The relaxing moon gets me every time. & by the time you get to "the mind separating from the body". I'm completely relaxed, sleepy, & no worries. I'm also enjoying the campfire meditation w/your friends all around it in a forest. I picture myself in a camping area my parents went to when I was a child & we had campfires near the campsite. The fire & the moonbeams shining down on me in this meditation also put me out quickly. So keep putting out the YouTube meditations as you're able. I'll keep listening Thanks.

I can say this is one of the best mediations I’ve listened too. I’ve tried so many, it really does relax me and sends me off to sleep quick and fully relaxed . Getting a good nights sleep, the best I’ve had in a few years . Thank you Andrew 😀

I love this! Especially the bit that you wrote especially for me. “Allow your body to do what it does best; rest.” (Literally don’t do anything else) And the bit about the organs because I have poorly organs. They don’t like me. Gallbladder is making a scene, heart problems… it’s touch and go, I feel like everything is squished up in there. It’s a bit squished up. So I wasn’t sure this would work! I felt my liquidy heart thing still, but I felt no pain and the simplicity of your words combined with the certainty of your voice was just so relaxing and yet the layers seemed so intricate and perfectly placed. Surgically executed mind control, but you’re giving US the control. I love it 😻 AND you are working against about 9 different medications. You’re amazing!!! The only thing distracting me was how relaxed I felt 🤣🦕🦕🦕♥️ Again again again

Less than 2 years ago I had both my parents at home but now my father has passed away and my mother is in a nursing home.
That in itself is emotionally tough but the bigger pain was the experience I had being with them for the last 10 years. My mother got dementia but my father failed miserably to adjust or acknowledge and couple this with him channeling it badly it created a very toxic environment and my mental health suffered badly because of this so I'm can't say I'm in a good place right now but thank you for posting this it's very much appreciated.
