This was an easy keto recipe and great for meal prepping for the week. Its low carb and keto and will help control that sweet tooth so you can loss weight and get in shape. Looking for a good low carb recipe. Weight loss have never tasted so good.

Keto Coconut Macaroons
Recipe will make about 15
Ingredients
1 large egg
¾ cup full fat coconut milk
1 ¼ cups of finely shredded coconuts
1/3 cup sweetener substitute
3 TBSP Coconut flour
Instruction
Add all the ingredients in to a large bowl   
Mix until batter forms

Use a teaspoon or cookie scoop and scoop out 15 onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper

Bake at 350 degrees for around 20 minutes (tops should be golden brown

Cool before eating  

Note
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
