Coconut macaroons were always my favorite growing up. My daughter likes the French macaroons, which I don't care for those at all. I got sick one time eating coconut macaroons. I don't know if it was because of all of the sugar in them or because of the eggs in them, or maybe I over ate,
but I could never bring myself to eating them again. That was years ago. Every time I have tried it again, when I taste all that sugar I could just never eat more than one bite. So I am glad to find your video and now I can try them again. Maybe I can get my daughter to help me make them and then she can see what she is missing, I really loved them at one time. I like them plain, but I imagine she will like them with chocolate. Thanks for the video! I can't wait to try it.
