You can make a perfect keto marzipan by combining almond flour, any powdered sweetener of your choice and using egg white (with a little bit of almond extract to ramp up the flavor) as the 'glue'. Can coat with keto chocolate (cocoa powder, cocoa butter and keto sweetener to taste) if you want the full marzipan candy effect. I know a lot of people including me can't do too much nut flour at a time because of digestion issues but a small bite of marzipan is a real treat.

BTW, It's interesting to me that I have never measured another woman's value by her weight or her age, ever. I have judged other woman by their character, words and actions. Yet, I have judged myself, feeling less than, because I'm overweight. Why we do this to ourselves is just wrong. I'm working on affording myself the same courtesy I afford other woman.

I still would eat all of the cookies. They looked very good. I have seen some revipes for evaporated and sweetened condensed milk. Alycia at Keto Upgrade was one of them, I think. Perhaps you already know this though.
