Here is my run down of the different types of "MEATZA"s out there and the one that is my hands down favorite!

NINJA Food Processor:

Breville Countertop OVEN:

RECIPE:
1 lb ground pork/raw (can also use ground lamb)
5 oz pork rind crumbs
3 eggs
3 Tablespoon butter melted
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning & 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Put into blender the pork/eggs/butter/seasoning
Blend on high
Put into bowl and mix in the crushed pork rind crumbs
Spread onto full size rimmed cookie sheet. If you do it onto round pizza pans you will need to drain off the fat midway through baking so it doesn't flow over
Bake 375 35 min
Can now freeze for future use if making multiple

Add on pepperoni or sausage & shredded mozzarella & bake 10 min 375
Or add a white sauce first
And then toppings & bake

PIZZA WHITE SAUCE:

1 cup Ricotta Whole Milk Cheese
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper
3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
Mix all ingredients together over medium heat for 3 minutes

My carnivorous pizza:

- Beat 1-2 eggs in a bowl
- Cook bacon medium rare without cutting
- Make a checkerboard pattern with the bacon on a baking sheet.
- Add a little egg mixture to the checkerboard and cook a little. Repeat 2-3 times: this is to fill in the gaps.
- Add the topping: goat's cheese and mozzarella.
- Final baking.

This was incredible pizza. The crust was awesome!!! I made the white sauce (yummy) and topped with some cooked sausage, bacon & shredded mozzarella. This is a keeper 😊recipe

Thanks for this recipe and for the warning against parchment paper in contact with heated foods. Plastic seems to be everywhere.

I have baked pepperoni briefly to make snacks. Some curl so I also add a cheese cube...then I call those pizza bites with a pinch on each of seasonings: Italian, garlic, etc. I've bern wanting to try frying up the sausage or meat first then blending in the processor with eggs, seasonings & pork rind powder...then nit so much grease to drain off. Some fancy pizza pans have holes. Just love your dedication to help make the carnivore's diet doable to share with Family! I like quick and simple when I busy for just me. I'll try all, and the white sauce on my tomato loving Husband. He knows nothing about cooking or carnivore lifestyle. Thank you. ❤

White sauce on pizza is my favorite! The only pizza crust recipe I've tried so far is Indigo Nili's egg white powder mix crust. I really like it. It has butter in it and is soft and thick like real crust. But Dr. Lisa's crust looks really good too. I may have to try it.

Thanks for this amazing recipe Lisa!! I tried it in the Air Fryer. It was 😋. I also just tried it in a heavy skillet using 1/3 of the crust recipe to make a personal pizza. I cooked the crust in butter, flipping it once. It broke apart a little but was not a problem. Then, I added the toppings and put the lid on. The whole process including cooking, took about 10-15 minutes. It was also delicious! 😅

I recommend rolling the crust out on a piece of parchment paper covered with a piece of plastic wrap. You can buy spacers that either lay on the work surface or fit on the rolling pin, which will give a uniform thickness to the crust.
