Keto pizza and carnivore pizza is dependent on one thing: THE CRUST! This carnivore pizza crust / keto pizza crust is so good for the keto diet, carnivore diet, and more, and best of all you can make a bunch of them and freeze them! Add your favorite toppings to the frozen crust, bake around 15 minutes, and pizza night is back on the menu for all kinds of low carb diet folks!

Pizza Crust:
7 eggs separated whites from yolks
1 block cream cheese (8oz)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 Tbsp Parmesan
4 Tbsp egg white powder
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 Tbsp melted butter
Separate eggs. Mix yolks with softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp gelatin. Add 2 Tbsp egg white powder and mix well. Add 1 Tbsp of butter, melted and mix well. Try to whip air into this mixture as much as possible.
Add egg whites to a mixer bowl or another large empty bowl. Add 2 Tbsp egg white powder, and 1 tsp gelatin to egg whites. Whip this mixture to stiff peaks.
Combine two mixtures like soufflé. Add 1/3 of egg white mixture to yolk mixture and combine well. Add the other 2/3 of the whites to the yolk mixture and mix gently but completely so no white streaks or lumps are left. Refrigerate this mix for 30 minutes.
Split mix in half on two parchment paper covered cookie sheets and spread as 10-12 inch pizzas. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until fully baked. Remove and let cool. Wrap in plastic and freeze.
Top crust with favorite toppings and sauce and bake 12-17 minutes on a preheated pizza stone at max oven temp (525F for my oven). Serve immediately.
Carnivore Alfredo Sauce (seasonings optional):
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp water
1 large egg
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients except parmesan in a bowl and whisk constantly over a double boiler until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Continue whiskin off heat 10-15 seconds to cool. Add parmesan and combine. Let cool before adding to pizza crust.
