I made this last night, but added mozzarella and parm to the dough. 3 eggs worked for me.

I dont understand why people make this so complicated. No blender needed, no making sure the chicken is dry...
1) GROUND CHICKEN MEAT
2) Form, press, into crust shape.
3) Seasons of choice over the top.
4) Pre-bake 10-12 minutes.
5) Add toppings of choice.
6) Bake another 12 minutes; or until completely cooked through.
7) CUT AND ENJOY!

Y’all. This is LEGIT. I made mine without a blender just stirring some ground pork with a fork/egg/sour cream/seasoning. It was like REAL pizza, with my homemade Alfredo sauce (Parmesan, heavy green, butter, seasoning). The crust was so firm and satiating. It was a hit with my mom and siblings too.

I made this tonight, it was delicious. I only used two eggs and I used some dark meat chicken as well I also substituted the pizza sauce with tomato paste for a bit more acidity..turned out great thanks

Made the Stay Fitness pizza today. Tasty. I managed to turn over the crust using a second pizza pan and sheet of parchment. I used three chicken breasts, rendered in an industrial meat grinder, and five eggs to make a large. One of my difficulties on Keto is that I am constantly hungry. But with its chicken breast and egg crust, this pizza, even a single slice of it, is quite filling.

I make the crust with just ground chicken or ground turkey, mix in spices, flatten and bake.

I've made pretty good pizza with a cauliflower crust. So I suppose a ground chicken crust is feasible. Still, I haven't got beyond "let's pretend this tastes like pizza." I decided to subscribe because of your promise to be a nutrition coach, which I need, even if that too is pretend. I am looking forward to making the pizza next week. Cheers.

I just made this and it was delicious. I prefer using the blender for the chicken base as it makes it smoother more like pizza base. Will definitely be making this again!

Beautiful! I think I might try adding some ground pork rinds to the chicken & eggs, maybe I'll get a slightly more crispy crust~ though I'm also perfectly pleased w/just the chicken & egg crust too. I've noted that cracker & flat bread recipes seem to benefit from pork rind "flour", as far as crispy texture, so who knows, right?

I make a pizza crust that is similar, except adding shredded mozzarella to the blender after the chicken is ground, instead of the egg, and it does get fairly crispy especially if spread out thin on the parchment

The #1 most important thing I would recommend is to get rolling pin or pastry board spacers. Roll the dough out 1/8" thick on a silicone mat with plastic wrap on top, then peel off the plastic to bake. It cooks up super thin and easy to pick up. You can buy rolls of silicone mat to cut to fit any size pan. I use a large pizzeria style pan for half a pound of ground chicken breast.

Not strictly carnivore, but I add powdered eggs and some cauliflower powder to the ground chicken, cheese, and seasonings. Dehydrated add ins will absorb the liquid and keep it from shrinking.

Rolled out this thin this dough should make great tortillas, too.

Two things I really like about well three things that I like about your show. Number one you give credit to where you got your original recipe which I think is very credible and shows high integrity #2 you give the recipe written out in your show more thread which is also a sign of integrity

#3 and when you taste it you really are tasting it for us the viewer. I believe what you say about it tasting good that it's not crunchy but it still can taste the meat I understand that that's what is the reality of it but so many YouTubers out there are saying things are really tasty and good when they actually taste horrible like brown butter butter bites that stuff is just absolutely in my opinion and the opinion of three other people that we've been doing this together it's far too salty it does not taste carnally and it's very hard to take to hide the salt taste in that product. Even if you use unsalted butter cuz I did both and it is not a very tasty dessert item but I'm going to try your pizza it looks great and I saw your nacho the demo the other day and I like that one as well so I'm going to continue to subscribe to your channel and my other friends who are doing this are also going to subscribe to your channel because we like the way you present everything here thank you

I wonder what would happen if you add a bit of baking powder, since you had so much eggs, maybe the crust would be puffier and maybe also crustier?

I think the extra liquidy format stops you from accidentally ripping the parchment paper or the "dough" by accident when you are spreading it out. And it will spread and level out much quicker and smoother. I think I will try that.
