I cry every time watching this scene having two young sons. I can't imagine the pain one feels in a situation like this. I know I would attempt to mask the pain daily with drugs and alcohol as I have a substance abuse problem as it is. I feel connected to his character in some ways. I feel lost.

As a person who is going to become a LMFT this scene hit my heart hard. All I would want to do is grab him and give him a huge hug and say I'm so sorry that this happened. I'm so sorry for your pain, but that would not be ethical because therapists must have physical boundaries also. Ben did an excellent job in this film.
