The last principle is rarely discussed. One can use the conture to understand the morphology of the interior, both top to bottom and left to right. I hope students of painting will take rewatch this video many times.

I admit at first I was concerned, but as time goes on your intros have begun to degenerate into more unflinching and raw statements about the artistic process that I now find comforting. The resentments and self determination become palpable and I look forward to them in a therapeutic way. As if to say “to art and to live for art is to resign one’s self to a sigh of defeat and be comfortable there.” And I feel less alone and less heavy then before. Thank you. 🥀

Senna portrait, I knew that face, sadly his tragic loss was recently recalled to me in a conversation about f1 drivers. He looked like an angel but was as quick as the devil, wonderful Scott.

your skill is incredible- I was wondering if you have ever tried the water mixable oils and what you think about them. I use them alot but never achieve the level of realism that I am going for

Oh. You took away your beautiful portraits too quickly as you were demonstrating. Your work is just amazing. I think often of the lesson that you taught about the red color coming through translucent skin, like the eye lids, and the yellow color coming through on skin close to the bone, like on the forehead.
