45 sec each exercise with 15 sec rest in between (2 sets)

1-Plank side dips
2-High plank knees to elbow
3-Windshield wipers
4-Russian twist
5-Rolling planks with oblique dips

I love how you emphasize technique. Working out with proper technique I feel gets you much better results/progress. Quality over quantity right? For example with deadlifts and weightlifting in general, it's so much more important to focus on technique rather than just focusing on how much weight you can lift. Hi Maddie, I love your workouts. I broke my hip/pelvis almost 2 years ago and with your workouts I was able to go back to normal (stretching a lot) and now I actually have abs. The purpose of this comment is to ask you: Where can I get your sneakers? love them!

You explained the workouts so well. I had no idea how to do windshield wipers for the longest time but it turns out I just wasn't engaging my core properly. Once I tried it the way you said it was so much easier and I can feel my abs working!
