Can you guess this Phasmophobia ghost based only on its traits? This does not actually involve hunting at all.

I want to clear something up, a lot of answers revolve around the same 2 feet, just know that just because you get the same 2 feet on UV it IS NOT a tell for any ghost. The answer solely relies on we got UV Footprints but not Fingerprints on the door.

After ive watched a lot of the GIGS (grian, impulse, goodtimeswithscar and skizzleman), everytime i see feet with uv i hear in my head "FOOTFINGIES"

I immediately ruled out Oni and then I saw the footprints and realized it was Obake because they only leave footprints with one foot. They don’t do the normal left, right, left

Obake cuz it hid its finger prints(25% chance it doesn't leave finger prints I think) and it showed footprints that disappeared quickly compared to other ghosts

It's definitely an Obake because they shapeshift (only in hunts) but don't leave fingerprints when touching the door.

obake, cause it hid its fingerprints, and even if it would have chosen to hide its footprints, it can't.(its just, they cant do it as far as i believe)

Obake prints tend to disappear faster than most ghost. At least it’s what I believe.

I should also add that they don’t always leave fingerprints. UV is very useful for finding an obake for these 2 reasons along with the unique prints they can leave.

Obake! Saw the salt without footsteps but UV footsteps.. also thought I heard an airball before, so I was at least able to rule out an Oni. (also a Shade would be ruled out)
Turns out being on this side of YouTube and watching Insym helps a LOT😂

its an obake, obakes have a chance not to leave uv, and has a chance to leave a special 6 finger handprint

Obake - I think it’s the only UV ghost that has a chance to NOT leave fingerprints. Once I saw footsteps, you know it’s a UV ghost, but it touched a door, and didn’t leave anything

Obake. It's the only UV ghost that has a 25% chance to *not* leave UV evidence when touching the door.
