You can immediately cross off Deo, Goryo, and Wraith. You can also cross off Banshee as shed walk towards you (her target) during the dots event.
Then from there it's just slow blinks which can only be a Phantom!

Also kinda wish when a friend dies instead of just being able to move a few items around depending on difficulty level if they could do other things such as secret abilities that might be able to move a spirit to a different area or even cause them to do ghost events and such or even eays to counter a ghost trying to hunt thier friends. Shoot maybe a wierd minigame to try and bring themselves back to life.

How we can see in physical the dots and we don't need a video camera is not a Goryo, and the salt was disturbed so is not a Wraith, the ghost was in its room so is not a Banshee, and to confirm it with the parabolic mic it wasn't shouting so Banshee discarded. Raiju, Deogen and Thaye normally runs or goes slow, that says it can be a Phantom, Yurei, Oni or Yokai, the Yokai ignores the electronic interference, so It can't be, the Yurei has a normal blink, the Oni blinks too fast, and the Phantom blinks too slow (it shows the ghost morph after 2 sec approximately) just like in the hunt, so we are dealing with a Phantom. Congrats! if you guessed the ghost!

Phantom is the only ghost that her min blink duration is 1 sec. If he blinks and you count at least 1 sec before he becomes visible again. Its a phantom😊

Realized it wasn't Deo cuz forced spirit
Likely not a Banshee(dots)
Not a wraith - saw it stepped in salt
Raiju - Wasn't messing with the electronics
Thaye - Had LOS
Oni - No solid blinking
Dunno how I can rule out Yokai and Yurei but it's a Phantom because of the blinking
