Most likely a Phantom.
The blinks aren't normal, more invisible than visible

It's a phantom. It reminds me a time when I looped a ghost around a car and sometimes a vanished behind it, so I was like "easy phantom". Turns out it was an Obake that switched briefly to crawling when it was behind the car so I couldn't see it. That one was a prankster 😅

I sometimes think normal ghost is phantoms but when I see actual phantoms it’s very obvious

Phantom! Whenever I have problem keeping track of where the ghost is during the hunt, I immediately know it's a phantom xD

It's a phantom because it's going In the Blink stage every 2 seconds but stays visible for 0.5 seconds, normal ghosts are visible for 1 second and blinked for 1 second aswell, Onis are basically the opposite of phantom meaning they stay visible for around 2 seconds and blinked for actually around 0.3ish seconds
