I think you look great without a beard. You have a well defined jaw structure.I think You should not take such drastic measures.some people look good with a beard some dont. I won't say that you will look bad with beard but i would advise not needling your face and taking random supplement etc . I had a good beard even i wasnt 18 *full beard down to the neck* it did enhace my look a lot as i didnt had a defined structure back then. However, now i am shaving it almost every 3 days because i no longer like it (got slim)

But you also need to shave your entire face so that the tiny hair follicles are stimulated to grow. You can also apply lotion since it will keep the moisturer in your face.
