For anyone out there wanting to start a yt channel, it can be scary, putting yourself out there and seeing yourself on camera, but remember you don't need to become anyone else to get subs. Be yourself because people will sub for YOU. You get used to being in front of the camera so if you're scared you're going to embarrass yourself or be cringe, it'll get better with time and practice so dw lol.

I agree with faye when she says you really don't need any fancy equipment. I just use my iPhone 6 and the iMovie on my dad's iPad and I like to think things are turning out alright for me so far XD And most importantly, have fun on your yt journey! It's a one-way ticket after all 😌

I've listened to tons of how to start/get big/monetised videos and none of them so far has had any salient and practicable tips like you are providing. This has been so inspirational and thought provoking thank you! I also like to think I'm the exception to the rule in having been on almost forever and growing slower than at a snails pace and another tip I would add to the niche topic is don't branch out into more than 2 channels, especially if you are starting out. Anything more is too unwieldy and hard to maintain and the momentum and traction spread out so much means you'll be much much slower towards meeting YouTube's requirements.
