Dr. Bergs videos have changed my life. I've been listening, learning & supplementing for 3 years & I am healthier than I've been in over12 years. I've suffered with intense pain & been compromised by too many medications over the years, having no other choice at the time; then I found Dr.Berg through a friend. I literally can't stop myself from appreciating Dr Berg for his excellent effort and work for humanity and all those who are suffering. I have been sick since 1999 till this day when I got H Pylori back in 1999, with IBS and SIBO symptoms. Only and Only those can feel my pain and suffering who have experienced all this. Dr. Berg you have raised such an important point that "Your Gut Health determines your Mood and your mood will determine your Gut Functioning". Your Videos have literally made me alive again and I will keep praying for you. I would love to do everything and anything for you and your noble cause to spread your message and knowledge. The Intermittent fasting technique is my favourite and it does helps a lot.

I was Bed written over a year I had lymphoma and hyperthyroidism I went to the doctors and they said I had a low chance of living since I always had the mentality of anything is possible I Learn my body down to the last cell and I was able to go back to normal 2022 I was fighting for my life I forgot to include I also have certain autoimmune conditions and hyperthyroidism cause me to have panic attacks/heart attacks and brain damage be abuse I caught covid 2022 I fought everyday my mom and brother by my side I LOOKED FOR GOD begged him to give me strength and Dr Berg is an Angel for guiding me through everything

I was going to try to do just a water fast and I felt awful this morning (Day 3) . I decided to add Dr Berg supplements (electrolytes and B12 yeast pill ) wow immediately felt revived . I have the green powder as well and going to drink that in a bit . Fasting is important but grateful Dr Berg has shown us a smarter way of fasting .. especially since most of us can’t stop working for long periods . Dr. Berg is really good at explaining stuffs. Its compact yet comprehensive. Like, i can listen to a video of his in one go & be able to share at least 60% of the info. Im not good at explaining stuffs so thats a pretty good number lol.
