Good advice for common people who sell property once or twice in life time.
It will be more usefull if you give more examples of common frauds in plot sales which seller has to face and have come to your knowledge by virtue of your experience.

آپ پڑھے لکھے بھی سنت رسول بھی چہرے پر ھے آپ شریعت کے مطابق یہ بتاٸیں کہ جب 20 لاکھ فی ایکڑ سرکاری ریٹ مقرر ہوتا ھے تو سیلر کو اس سے زیادہ ریٹ ڈیمانڈ کرنی چاہیے یا خریدار کو زیادہ قیمت پر خرید کر رجسٹری میں کم قیمت شو کرکے ٹیکس چوری کرکے ریاست سے غداری کرکے جرم نہیں کرتے ؟

As law graduate and property dealer from last 35 years. Suggest plz do not give any one the power of Attorney. Bsc you are still Owner of the property and whatsoever act the Attorney does. the owner of property is liable and face suppose if he (The Attorney) took a big amount as loan on this property. And not pay back .the owner of property will face a big problem bsc the whatever act does Attorney he does the all act on behalf of the land /owner. So plz advocate sahaib reconsider it about the power of attorney matter once again. Don't mind it. Thanks.

Property Law needs to be revamped. Transactions on the actual price - payment on black white be done away with. - process formalities be simple for ownership involving one window operation.
