If you’re entering the Open this year, you might be wondering what to expect, and what movements you should prioritize NOW to ensure your best ever score. Well, let me run down the top 5 that I think are most likely to pop up, and give you some tips as to how you can get your first reps of each!

Great video,
Statistically
The only 2 movement that has been in the open in ALL its editions is double under and burpees ( 11 times )
while Thrusters, T2B and C2B ( 10 times )

DUs have destoryed my open score in the pass. Practice them as much as you can.

oh my fuxxking god, as a crossfit beginner ! (just started this year) double under is only one thing i never ever worried and even all coaches never yelled at me things 😆😆 in our conditioning, 3-4RF if double under were included, only 20-30 reps which is bloody easy to me 😆😆😆

I’m trying to perfect my burpees, i.e. not throwing myself to the ground, but be flexible/mobile enough to put my hands on the ground first, then jumping my feet out. Better form, less injuries.

Rings weren't on the list for Open equipment (except for adaptive division) - so no RMUs this year.

I would probably add pistols to this list as no equipment is needed but yourself and the ground. CrossFit likes to be sneaky so yeah maybe do some ankle mobility

The equipment list has already been released. There's no rings except for adaptive. So, no ring muscle ups.
Bars, yeah, I hope so!
