Great content Ben. Will you be adding Rx variations for 55+ in this year’s Open Guides? I know we are a smaller group, however, we were one of the few age groups that actually increased over 2018.

Great video Ben! I would love to watch a video about high volume pull ups and toes to bar in the same vein of the "Thruster Technique" video. What about it?

I expected to see wallballs in this video. Seems like they are staple? But then again, I'm still kinda new.
