I ordered a fan. A. Single. Fan. They sent me a CASE of fans 😂😂 It was 3 units in the factory sealed box. I called and they legit told me to donate or sell the extras. Then gave me a courtesy credit for my inconvenience. I can’t even with them sometimes 😂😂😂😂

This is so true! I bought a $950 generator on Amazon. Package came damaged, and generator had a large dent in it. Cosmetic damage only. The unit worked perfectly fine. I called to replace it, and they gave me my money back. Told me not to send it back because it’s a hazmat item. 🤯 So you’re telling me I basically got a free ass generator?? I love Amazon lol

Once I bought my daughter a doll for Christmas and it said delivered but I never got it... I reached out and they sent me another doll, no questions asked but then I finally got the other doll. I reached out to try and return it and they told me to keep it, lol. I gave it to a family in need with a little girl my daughter's age. Thank you Amazon for the charity ❤

I kid you not, I was sitting in the ER on Friday & one of the nurses was talking about returns then she starts playing this for another nurse and I could hear it and we were all cracking up!! I work for Amazon and this is 💯... we don't care like AT ALL. And if you say "I'M A PRIME MEMBER" it changes absolutely nothing. You get the same treatment as the guy who is not paying for prime.

I can confirm this is exactly what they do. We had a furniture piece that wouldn’t work because of our chair rail. They seriously were like here’s your refund and just keep the item. I thought it was a trap! But 2 years later the feds haven’t shown up 😂

OMG, this couldn't be more true!

Amazon is constantly delivering my packages to the wrong apartment building and I just hop onto the customer support chat and say, "Yep, you did it again." And they'll return my money.

And then a few days or a week or so later, someone will dump my package in front of my door. Usually with a corner of the box torn to see if there's anything worth stealing inside.

Apparently Gatorade powder and hair conditioner isn't something many people want to steal here. 😂
