Why Amazon let's you keep your returns 😳👀

Have you noticed that Amazon lets you keep certain items even if you return them? This is because it’s cheaper for them to let you keep it! Amazon would have to pay for shipping, storing the item, and the labor required for the item usually isn’t worth it.

If you live in a state without a lot of warehouse then they will tell you to keep it. If you have a warehouse nearby with room to spare then they ask you to send it back. Like the video said. It's all about what profitable.

I WORK at Amazon Returns and we only dont take products that are spilling liquids, flammables, one use items that have been used, or items too large for one full shipping box- example- open shampoo, space heater, TV, and like this video- partialy used candles have all been handed back to the customer with the line "You may keep this product and well be sure you still get your full refund, let us know if it didnt go through within 1-2 business days or call customer service for further help if you arent satisfied. Thank you!" And thats that

Its NOT about warehouse space its about Amazon returns storage space! Its a massive missconception because we send the boxes from our returns station to 3 or 4 and sometimes 5 different warehouses around the country- its usually about how big they are, or if theyre a spilling liquid and/or flammable products...amazon is more about SAFETY and customer satisfaction than anything else!!

If you return more items or get more refund ad exception, they will make you as CAP(Concession Abusive prevention)
So they will transfer you and ask you to return the item even if it cost $2 dollars

for very low priced products its true. Amazon gets .gov funding for shipping due to the large volume of chinese products (its a "developing nation thing, total BS) but they get no break on return shipping costs.

Usually they do this if they send you the wrong item, it’s happened to me about twice. Make sure you call customer support tho, instead of just returning the wrong item and buying it again. Like 8/10 times they’ll tell you to keep it and still refund you depending on what it is

If it’s a third party sellers item. They will let you keep it. It’s not at their cost. If it’s sold by Amazon you better believe they will tell you to send it back.

I recently placed my first order with Amazon, the items are being shipped separately, but I got a refund.

If you buy five dollar candle it’s cheaper for them to just give you five dollars and let you keep it then needing to spend more money to ship it but if you were to buy like $1000 iPhone, it would cost way less money to just hold it and ship it to themthen, just letting you keep it and get your refund

They refunded and let me keep a $1000 ego snow blower because they wouldn't take it back. 3 winters in and the snow blower works great! 😂

Yea until you order 3 items that gets shipped together, you open your box and one item isn’t in there. NO WAY TO GET A The options are bull****!

Bro they let me keep an entire ass piece of furniture 💀 I was just replacing cause it had a few scratches and now i have 2 of the same thing

Yep it's also happened to us we got a wrong item instead of the one we ordered and they didn't even take it back they just refunded and give us our money...
