In this video I couldn't hide my emotions. I was trying to not show any feelings, but no matter how hard I tried, you still can hear the pain in my voice.

This video is about dealing with bullies in adulthood. The tips I'm giving here, are my own experienced tools which have helped me grow stronger.

1. Walk away (if possible)
2. Make connections
3. Stay confident
4. Seek help and support
5. Change the environment

Hi, excellent video ty so much, bullying is not ok at no age, bullies don’t like themselves and are intimidated by solid confident people who don’t tolerate their nonsense! Bullies usually bully people half their size and in pairs, bullies don’t realize when they bully others they are showing the world how cowardly they are, size doesn’t matter, bullies are intimidated by solid confident people who stand up for themselves and don’t tolerate their nonsense, bullies are to scared and insecure to get help! Bullies bully people for popularity and attention and don’t care who they hurt! Stand up and stay strong and confident and secure with yourself and the bully will back off, learn self defense so when the bully gets out of hand you can defend yourself, as long as they don’t put their hands on me there’s no problem, ty, Bob,

When a person is bullied, they become agoraphobic, exhibit anxiety, depression and withdraw from others. In my younger years, if I never worked before or had the experience the prospective employer was looking for, it was good bye charlie. If I did anything wrong, instead of being reprimanded in diplomatic way, people did same to me ina nasty way.

Do you understand the psychological structure behind bullying, and if so, how would you describe such a structure?
