Warping is not always caused by a small surface. Very large rectangular objects are even more prone to warping than small parts bc the contraction forces from very long filament lines cooling are very high. These pull on the layers below them and over time this effect stacks into severe warping

I'm dealing with that currently. Got my bed and z offset damn near perfect. Have my settings seemingly dialed in and just just have bad warping and bed adhesion. Printing in an enclosure and I clean the bed regularly with isopropyl alcohol. Haven't tried glue or anything on the bed for a Sovol sv06 since it's a pei coated bed. Bed temp is 60, nozzle is 215 for the first 2 layers and 205 afterwards. I should add I am using prusaslicer.

Okay, I don’t know if you’ll reach out and answer this. But I’m having trouble with warping badly. I have a large brim, I’ve been using adhesion glue, a container outside of my printer and I have a filament dryer running all the time yet I still have warping.

Typically when I print I have my bed at 80 Celsius for the first layer then transition into 70 for the rest of the print. I have experimented with these numbers a lot by lowering and raising them, yet I still am dealing with warping.

Any advice?

It’s called a mouse ear because it looks like Mickey Mouse 🐭
